Science Park Skövde
Science Park Skövde is a meeting place for people, companies and businesses focusing on development, innovation and digitalization. Our main target group is startups with international growth potential and innovative knowledge-based growth companies.
Science Park Skövde has a strong profile in the IT and engineering area, with a special edge in game development and smart industry. We also co-founded the Sweden Game Arena and ASSAR Industrial Innovation Arena collaboration platforms.

History
In 2019 we changed our name from Gothia Science Park to Science Park Skövde. But it all started with a business concept as early as 1998.
Our mission
Science Park Skövde AB has a clear mission: To contribute to innovation in business. We do this by stimulating entrepreneurship in the knowledge economy in various ways.
Owners and financiers
The company is 51 percent owned by an ownership association consisting of AB Volvo, ALMI, Volvo Cars, the Västra Götaland region, Länsförsäkringar Skaraborg, Jula, Dafgårds, Skaraborgs Kommunalförbund, Elos Medical and IF Metall. The remaining 49 percent is owned by Skövde Stadshus AB.
