25 years of innovation - the companies contributing to the Science Park

It is therefore time to present the companies who, through their employees every day, tirelessly and perseveringly, contribute to sustainable solutions, digital services, and entertainment.

Crepido is a company that works with system development and specializes in large systems, mainly in the financial sector and school systems, where they have their focus on integration. They want to give their customers a greater understanding of how technology, business, and experience merge and contribute to a larger whole. On average, their employees have worked at Crepido for at least eight years, and building value and partnerships over time is something that is significant for them and the customers they work with. Over the years, they have carried out small and large projects for customers such as Västtrafik, Ericsson, and Volvo.

Distancify is a company that designs, builds, and optimizes powerful e-commerce solutions. With everything from web design and checkout process to business systems and logistics, they are a full-service partner that is there all the way in e-commerce operations. Based in Skövde, Distancify wants to work closely with its customers and really understand their business, culture, and challenges. Based on this, they tailor an e-commerce solution where they take care of the entire process. They were founded in 2017 based on the core value that selling companies should not have to juggle multiple partners and consultants to have an e-commerce business. Distancify wants to make it easy and takes care of everything.

DoubleMoose Games is a game company that was founded in 2016 in Skövde. As one of many successful game companies based at the University of Skövde and Science Park Skövde startup program, DoubleMoose has so far released two games, with a third on the way. They had a major breakthrough when one of the world's biggest YouTubers, Pewdiepie (Felix Kjellberg), played their game Animal Super Squad on his channel. Since then, they have also released the game Just Die Already in 2021, and now their upcoming game, Abyssus, is on Steam where a trailer is available.

EDCS is a company that is a driving force in social sustainability and how it can be addressed in the workplace. They are a collaborative player and want to both drive and develop methods for sustainable development. EDCS offers training for workplaces, on everything from leadership and sustainable organizational development to issues of discrimination, equality, and LGBTQI+. Increased awareness within organizations about workplace culture and anti-discrimination leads to a greater understanding of inclusion and is a good social investment.

Edwoak Life Science is a company that sees itself as an innovative player, focused on creating sustainable solutions for future generations. Edwoak is currently working on a digital welfare platform called Meligo. Meligo will facilitate collaboration between and within different businesses and stakeholders in society. The individual's needs will be facilitated and the solution will digitalize the overall planning of an individual's welfare needs in one place. Edwoak Life Science has support from Vinnova, Almi, and Region Västra Götaland, and also offers consulting and training services.
