With the launch of inFACTS Studio, Evoma takes the next step forward.

Now it’s here – inFACTS Studio, Evoma’s newly developed software designed to meet clearly defined needs and challenges.

“We help our customers make well-informed decisions for efficient and sustainable growth through simulation, optimization, and AI-powered decision support,” says Marcus Frantzén, CEO of Evoma.

Evoma specializes in simulation, optimization, and AI-based decision support to improve efficiency and decision-making in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and various industries such as aerospace, mining, and healthcare.

Software Rooted in Research

Evoma's journey began in 2014 with the development and commercial launch of FACTS Analyzer Professional – an event-based simulation software that streamlines simulation processes in manufacturing.

“It’s built on several research projects initiated in 2005–2006 at the University of Skövde, in collaboration with companies such as AB Volvo and Volvo Cars. The company was founded in response to industry demand for commercializing the research results and software developed through these projects,” explains Marcus Frantzén, who was a doctoral student in one of them.

Customer-Driven Development

With inFACTS Studio, Evoma takes the next step. The new tool builds upon FACTS Analyzer, introducing a modern platform that enables 3D-based simulation and extensive customization capabilities.

“Ahead of the development, we conducted in-depth interviews and carefully listened to our customers and the needs of the market,” emphasizes Frantzén.

One of the platform’s key strengths is the ability to develop customized tools, such as planning modules.

“Thanks to a flexible plugin architecture, solutions can be tailored to meet unique customer needs and challenges. inFACTS Studio represents our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions that meet – and exceed – customer expectations.”

From Tech-Driven to Customer-Driven

The launch of the new software is a cornerstone of Evoma’s growth strategy. Another key part of that strategy is the company’s participation in Navigator Scaleup, a development program run by Science Park Skövde – where Evoma was originally founded.

“Participating in Navigator Scaleup has been an important step for us. It’s provided valuable knowledge, insights, and connections that are helping us shift from being a technology-driven to a customer-driven company. This transformation allows us to accelerate our growth and strengthen our market position,” says Frantzén, hinting at ongoing development efforts.

Energy Optimization and AI Tools

The company already has a beta version for energy modeling and energy optimization, as well as AI tools based on deep reinforcement learning. Later this year, Evoma will also release improved support for logistics-related objects.

“We aim to continuously develop and refine our solutions to meet the needs of our customers and the market. This is a fundamental part of how we support sustainable growth and increased competitiveness through our innovative tools,” concludes Frantzén.
